Dear Santa, 

I have only included a few things on my list this year, as our 2017 will close about where we expected.  We fell short in some areas but exceeded in others.  We do need to make some changes, however, so that 2018 will be successful.

I have a very talented sales team and I can provide them with a database full of prospect names to call on.  The problem is, they don’t have the time to disqualify the leads.  Could you find me a company that could act as an extension of our own business to help us uncover our ideal sales opportunities that can be fed to us on a recurring basis?  A company that is highly professional, service-oriented and knowledgeable in the art of sales?   

The last few years, we have been able to pull in the sales figures, but it is not without a lot of stress and struggle. Is there anyone out there who can provide us with a repeatable, transferable system for sales?  One that improves our sales strategy so we are not wasting time in front of the wrong prospects and can stop discounting to make our quarterly numbers?

Can you make the days longer, or help us find more time in our day?  Maybe with the right pre-qualified leads feeding into our pipeline, and a more refined sales process, that could be possible. Right now, I don’t have time to work on that.  Can you find someone who can help?

I know I am asking a lot, but one more thing would help me stay off the “naughty” list with my CEO and that is if I could get some sales management coaching and training.  As you know, I got the promotion because I was so successful in the field, but there are other aspects of managing than just the sales component.  I would really like to ensure that I hire the right people, as well as effectively motivate and inspire my team.   

Is it possible to find the solutions I’m looking for in the metro Atlanta area? 

Santa, I know that you are busy and that there are many companies wanting the same things.  I promise if you grant these simple wishes that I will share these solutions with other sales managers in my network.
