Some Common Questions about Zoom and Your Livecast Experience

What is the Password to Login to a Session?

The password to access sessions on Zoom is the same as before (on Webex).

How Do I Use Zoom?

When you arrive at our page, sandlerse.zoom.us, there will be a calendar displayed.

Click the link that describes the session you are joining.

On the following page, click the Meeting URL.

Allow permissions ("Open zoom.us") to continue to the meeting.

*If your browser does not support Zoom, download and install the Zoom software.

Enter the password to join the session.

*Refer to the same password that you've used to access Webex sessions in the past. 

 

How Can I Be a Courteous Attendee?

Turn your camera on: Gym hair? No cares! We like to see your smiling face! Please engage with us and get the most out of your experience by turning on your webcam.

Use a headset/microphone: Using a headset reduces background noise and improves audio quality. The group values what you have to say- please help us hear you clearly!

Mute your microphone: Because recordings are repurposed and shared with our clients, it's important to us to maintain the quality and value of the media. When you are not speaking, we kindly ask that you mute yourself. This reduces background noises like ceiling fans, doorbells, pets, phone calls, and other unexpected distractions. We sincerely appreciate your help with this!

Can I Access Recordings of Sessions?

Clients will be able to access recordings of previous sessions under their corresponding courses (Sales Mastery, Foundations, Sales Leader Network, etc.), accessible on Sandler Online. This transition is currently in progress. Until its completion, recordings are available upon request. Please email salesengine@sandler.com to request a link to any session recordings.
